本集中，Alana先製作等比例小船，探索獨木舟的奧妙，再與達人們合力完成一艘專為量身打造的獨木舟。出航前，Alana前往泳池學習獨木舟基本操作課程後，隔日再從海港出發前往燭台嶼以及神秘沙灘。而在打造獨木舟的過程中，Alana與達人一同前往陽明山享用小饅頭以及地瓜湯，也為出航前暖身。
In order to decode the secret of kayak, Alana makes a customized kayak on her own for the first time with the help of the experts. She also visits Yang Min Mountain and enjoys some steamed buns and sweet yam. After the kayak is ready, she departs with the experts from the harbor to Candle Stick Islet.
